Louise L. Hay is one of the most famous motivational speakers and founders of the self-help method when it comes to personal development.

Her open and positive approach has helped many people all over the world. She inspired people with her simple techniques and tools, which they could use to begin making changes in their lives. Her main approach is to make ourselves aware of the patterns we use in our lives and which are not beneficial for us, and to understand that by changing them we can improve the quality of our lives. The core principle of Louise Hay’s philosophy is to learn how to love and accept ourselves, because only then we are able to make progress every area of our lives – love, relationships with our parents and children, work, health etc.

Since her early childhood, her life has not been simple at all. On the contrary, her childhood was marked by abuse, early pregnancy and leaving home in the search for a better life filled with love. However, her personal growth begins in her 40s, after her divorce.

She has also, by using her own tools and believing in them, as well as her strong will and discipline, managed to heal herself from cancer.

During her work with people, she figured out that we are all very susceptible to repeating certain mental patterns and while intensely repeating them they can contribute to the occurrence of certain diseases. Thanks to her study of the connection of the body and mind, her first book – “You Can Heal Your Body” came out –in the 1970s.

After that, she wrote her first book “You Can Heal Your Life”, which has become very popular at the beginning of the 1980’s, as well as 20 years later. In the meantime, she founded her own publishing house, which has evolved from a small firm into a worldwide company. Hay House has not only published Louise’s books, but also books written by a lot of famous authors, such as PhD Wayne Dyer, PhD Patricia Crane, Doreen Virtue, Robert Holden, Mona Lisa Schulz and many other authors.

Louise Hay  enjoyed  the life  she created herself and  spent her peaceful retirement days working in her garden in San Diego.

Her soul  fulfilled its purpose on August 30, 2017 and Louise Hay  left this physical world and continued her journey towards infinity.
